Chiefs safety Justin Reid and guard Trey Smith teamed up with the Giving Hope Food Pantry in Kansas City to distribute free holiday meals to over 400 families. On Thursday evening, the players handed out complete Thanksgiving dinners, including turkeys, stuffing, potatoes, and pie, bringing smiles and hope to the community.

This effort was part of Reid's J-Reid Indeed Foundation, launched in 2022 to improve lives through nutrition, technology, and athletics. To date, the foundation has raised nearly $500,000, benefiting more than 500 children in Kansas City. Reflecting on the event, Reid shared, "If we can make a difference in even one family's life — let alone the hundreds we're helping today — that puts a little bit of good into the world."
